Doğa Gıda announces acquisition of former Aycan plant in Havran, Edremit,-Balıkesir. The plant named "Doğa 4" which has started up in 2007 comes complete with, one continuous and one batch, two separate crushing facilities totalling a daily crush capacity of 400  metric tons. The plant also comprises two parallel running continuous refining lines totalling a daily refining capacity of 250 metric tons, comes complete with an integrated bottling/packaging line. With this acquisition, Doğa Gıda's total daily crushing capacity from own plants reaches some 1,400 tons per day. Doga Gıda is currently toll crushing a further 600 mtons per day at Çukobirlik, Ceyhan and Maraton, Malkara facilities.
